THE CHALLENGE
As one of Singapore's leading telcos, Singtel wanted to be more than a connectivity provider. The goal: build a rewards ecosystem compelling enough to drive ongoing engagement among Red and Prestige Members, anchored in the lifestyle moments that matter most to their customers; great food, great travel, great value.

Singtel's strong subscriber base was already there. The untapped potential lay in deepening daily relevance to turn the app usage from a billing touchpoint into a lifestyle destination that customers actively return to.

Strong engagement and redemption results led to Year 2 renewal, with the campaign running till March 2026.

    Building on this momentum, TLC introduced a travel campaign, giving Prestige and Red Members varied access to curated hotel offers. The programmes were shaped around what our subscribers value; convenience, choices, and experiences worth returning to. Dining and travel give Singtel customers a genuinely spoilt-for-choice rewards experience.
